Gute Lage!
Das Haus ist schlicht, was nicht schlimm ist. Aber es hat KEINE HEIZUNG, was bei kalten Nächten und sogar Tage (auch wenn es Mai war) nicht so prickelnd ist. Heizen geht nur über Radiatoren, die natürlich sehr viel Strom "fressen". Außerdem ist im Haus kein WLAN, was man heutzutage nicht mehr gewohnt ist.
