Our host was spectacular and very helpful throughout our stay. Due to rain our checkout time was extended, which we were very thankful for. We were three and the house had enough rooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. It has an outdoor patio which is very nice and comfortable to hangout. The kitchen is equipped with enough remedies to cook, and a filter coffee machine is a great plus too. Bedrooms are big enough for a longer stay too.
All house is renovated and clean. However, it is visible that it has a humidity problem. It is normal in this type of buildings though. However, toilet floor tiling might require renovation because there is constant dampness coming from floor and makes it wet. The shower is very small and hard to move inside..

Had been redecorated so in very good order.
Comfy beds. Great aircon in every room. Plenty of space.
Loved having outdoor space.
Full size fridge freezer and everything we needed.
Liked walking around the neighborhood on the evening. Friendly locals.
Was missing a jug and toaster but staff said they should have been there. Think previous renters had damaged stuff, so maybe just omitted.
We arent from Europe so didnt know doors did funny opening things, so thought kitchen door was off it's hinges. Maybe for tourists like us, unfamiliar, it might be a good idea to put up a notice about the doors. Nearly gave me a heartattack haha.

Modern and spacious, quiet neighbourhood, liked the courtyard. Short walk to centre. Taverna recommendations: walk up hill towards Ano Vathy for Ourania's restaurant in the square (best food we had in Samos) and also Christos further uphill.
