Excellent location (on town square) - comfortable and attractive - lovely views - quiet

On fourth floor - no lift

Beautiful, spacious attic apartment. Clean to a high standard throughout. Large, comfortable bed with the freshest of sheets and the biggest, comfiest pillows in Denmark! The view from the living area is wonderful, and also from the private rooftop terrace. Spacious, functional bathroom with washing machine. The kitchen has everything you need. The host, Olga, is warm, friendly and accommodating. Located in the centre of Svendborg. Amazing.

Nothing, this is a perfect base for exploring the region.

A lovely renovated flat located in the central of the city. The design of the living room is very nice, and a good view of the city. The owner responded fast and is friendly and flexible.

You have to bring the rubbish downstairs yourself (which we expected to be included in the standard cleaning). No hair dryer (but the owner brought one next day). Would be good to have a hand towel additional to the bath towels.

Loved this apartment, the location, the very comfortable bed, everything! I would stay here again and again.

Prepare to walk up to the top floor of the building with no elevator. Not a problem - just be aware of it.

This truly was home away from home. The kindest owner you can imagine. Her name is Olga (Sweden) She is the kindest and perfect host for her most charming and delightful place. Here you wil be receiving the most warm welcome, she would do anything to make you feel comfortable and settle in nicely....! When you step into the harmonious, delightful apartment... You will be taken back.... with the extradinary interior design.... Olga really is a most creative artist in the true meaning of the word.... She created a place of esttic, simplicity and beauty.... It is simply very pleasant and relaxing place to be.... The attention to details... the delightful flower arrangements with fresh flowers.... Was a wonderful surprise....! I was honoured to be Olga's very first guest there... I am sure her place will be getting many Happy and grateful guests....! I do wish Olga and her husband all Blessings and very best of luck with their new charming place, right at the top floor (4th) with wonderful open views over the rooftops and even the charming harbour...Even open market...! I give Olga My very best recommadation....! Come to Olga's and enjoy the unique atmosphere that she have created there... If you are interested in stunning artwork.... Before you entet the flight of stairs to the top floor apartment.... Do pop into her beautiful jewellery Goldsmith on the ground floor, that she is just setting up now...! Nothing really.... But I must stress... That do you struggle with difficulty walking.... I myself have sadly bad knees.... Which made the long climb to the top-floor quite a Challenge for me... Please.... Just be aware about this please.... Enjoy the lovely paintings on the ways. But Olga was always there to help and support anyway possible. She kindly stored my heavy suitcase-trolley in her shop....!!!!! 🙏👌🙏😊

Så er vi der hvor jeg bliver rets så tosset i hoved, vi er i 2025 og ikke i 1920erne. TV TV TV HVOR ER DU......

Man skal lige være obs på de mange trapper der er op til lejligheden, men det er besværet værd.
