Ratings and reviews
7.2 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Staff are very welcomed, good and helpful. The room is beautiful and cool, and the television works well. However, the floor was a little dirty, and the sofa smelled of cigarette smoke. The kitchen tap was loose and leaking, causing water to spill everywhere when it was used. The bathroom exhaust fan was also broken, and the curtain rod had come loose, posing a safety risk if it were to fall.
It would be advisable to inspect and repair all damaged or faulty equipment in the room before the next guests check in, to ensure their comfort and safety.
By the way, There was an error in the check-in time listed on Agoda. The correct check-in time should have been 2:00 PM, but it was mistakenly stated as 2:00 AM. When we arrived, we had to wait in the guest lobby for almost two hours. Fortunately, we were eventually allowed to check in early at around 9:00 AM, as the hotel staff kindly gave us permission to enter the room earlier than the usual check-in time.
