Not an appropriate facility to qualify as a room to rent in our opinion.

No lock on front door - permanently unlocked so multiple parties could come and go. No door to our room - no security - located top of stairs with all the noise from the lower floor and ground level kitchen/livingroom coming into our room. Room was under coved roof - not enough room to stand up. Coffee machine had stagnant water with curdled cream in it.

Langer umständlicher Zugang( viele Stufen),kein Parkplatz ,kalte Raumtemperatur,Bettwäsche augenscheinlich nicht frisch,Dusche in Kellernische davor herumliegende Wäscheberge, wegen bevorstehendem Umzug keine Putzarbeit mehr getätigt.Nachtruhe erst nach Bitten nach Mitternacht (da keine Türen zu den Privaträumen). Eine offensichtlich privat überforderte Vermieterin rekrutiert auf diese Weise ihren Finanzhaushalt. Auf Reklamation reagiert sie schreiend mit Drohungen und Anwalt wegen Rufschädigung .

Ein charmant unkomplizierter Aufenthalt und sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Winterthur. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, aber der Weg von der Bushaltestelle durch ruhige, charmante Wohnviertel war wirklich idyllisch und hat uns gut gefallen. Die Gastgeberinnen waren herzlich und auf ihre französische Art charmant – wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation: Auf Nachrichten wurde immer prompt geantwortet, was die Planung sehr erleichtert hat. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war wirklich top bzw. nicht zu toppen. Die Unterkunft war ordentlich und sauber – genau richtig für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. In den Betten haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Insgesamt war alles unkompliziert, freundlich und angenehm. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Einmal und NIE wieder! Von Hygiene keine Spur!

Gefallen hat mir die Gegend. Sabine ist nett, aber von Ordnung und Sauberkeit hat sie keine Ahnung.

Die Bilder aus dem Internet entsprechen nicht der Realität. Das ganze Haus ist sehr schmuddlig, Unordnung überall sowohl im Haus als auch ums Haus. Zimmer sehr klein mit einem großen Bett. Es stinkt überall nach Ungelüftet, Bett und Kissen müssen dringend erneuert werden. An den Fenstern keine Vorhänge, nur dunkle schwere Obergardinen. Eine sehr enge gemeinsame Gäste Toilette . Bettwäscheüberzug und Handtuch kamen nur nach Aufforderung. Ein Durcheinander überall! Ausserdem war der Weg zum Haus sehr erschwert durch die vielen Treppen. Für mich war alles ein NO GO!

Localização e ótimo custo benefício ótimo atendimento da proprietária com cortesias água, café e toalhas de banho. Muito limpa e discreta.

Achamos difícil localizar o imóvel por ficar em um conjunto de casas e com acesso de escadas para chegar até o mesmo. Mas nada que diminua o padrão do imóvel. Sugestão ter um mapa para localização .
