La situación, comodidad del apartamento, cama, etc
Suelo muy sucio. Estaba fregado pero completamente resbaloso, como aceitoso, era bastante desagradable. La cocina tampoco estaba muy limpia, y el cristal de la terraza igual. La tapa del wc estaba medio rota y floja.
La atención de Silkhaus fue pésima, más bien inexistente. Me escribieron diciéndome que 24h antes de la entrada me enviarían las instrucciones para el check in. Ese mensaje nunca llegó. Escribí muchas veces a su chat de WhatsApp, nadie respondía. Escribí un mensaje por vuestra aplicación y un email, finalmente llegó un mensaje a través de booking, pero la insistencia fue extrema. Si hubiese tenido prisa por entrar hubiese sido un desastre. No repetiré.
