We stayed here for two nights. The apartment has two rooms and was suitable for three people. The location is good, and the bathroom—especially the shower—was comfortable and well-designed. The beds and linens were clean and we slept well.
However, our main issue was with the check-in process. Although check-in time was 3:00 PM, we were informed upon arrival that the room was not ready and had to wait outside for about 30 minutes. After a long drive, this was quite inconvenient and not acceptable, especially considering the long gap between check-out (11:00 AM) and check-in time.
When we entered the apartment, it seemed that the delay might have been due to cleaning, but the overall cleanliness was still not at a good standard. While it wasn’t extremely dirty, it did not feel properly cleaned.
Overall, once we checked in, we had a comfortable stay, but the late check-in and cleanliness could definitely be improved.
Check-in experience and overall cleaning was’nt good.
