A bright studio tucked into the bayside of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, Elation 5316 keeps things simple in the best way — a calm, easy base with a garden-and-pond view out the window and a couple thousand acres of resort to roam the moment you step outside. Two queen beds, a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo, and a kitchenette stocked for beach snacks and light meals cover the essentials, which is about all you need when most of the day happens out in the sun. The location does a lot of the work here. You're steps from the Village of Baytowne Wharf, the resort's walkable hub of shops, restaurants, galleries, and after-dark live music, and just as close to Baytowne Marina, where you can push off for kayaking, paddleboarding, a wave runner rental, or a half-day fishing charter. As a guest, you have access to the community pool and hot tub, the resort's championship golf, 15 tennis courts, and spa services, plus a complimentary tram that loops the property and carries you over to the sugar-white Gulf sand in minutes. When you want to make more of an occasion of it, the marina runs pontoon rentals out to Crab Island — the shallow sandbar that turns into a floating party on warm afternoons — and dinner-and-dancing cruises aboard the 125-foot Solaris yacht sail right from the dock. Beyond the gates, you're in the heart of Miramar Beach and a short drive from Destin, the self-styled "world's luckiest fishing village," known for emerald water, deep-sea fishing, and a run of well-kept golf. Ziplines, dolphin tours, and family attractions round out the area when you feel like venturing past the sand. For a couple, a solo traveler, or a small group, it's a low-key, well-placed home base — small footprint, big resort, and the beach never far off. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Communal laundry facilities are available. - A pack-and-play is available upon request. Parking Details: - Guests must register in order to receive a QR code in order for them to enter the parking garage. - Guests will receive a text with information and a link to complete their parking registration. They must complete the registration in full and pay $10 in order to enter the parking garage. - Guests are only permitted to park inside the parking garage or in the designated overflow parking area. - Download and refer to the Sandestin app for information on overflow parking, tram routes and schedules. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
