The location is good if you are able to walk a bit of a distance to Broadway. The facility is beautiful, the condo is beautiful but it's across the street from the Nashville Rescue Mission so there's a good bit of houseless around the area but everyone was nice. This particular condo is pretty much sitting on top of a railroad track which we knew and expected however we didn't realize that this particular train track has a train that runs threw about every 20-30 minutes 24 hours a day. I expected 2-3 times a day not 24 times a day so that was a bit of a surprise, and the train is loud. But we had a wonderful time non-the-less.
The instructions on using the latch app could have been better, but we eventually figured it out.
