GuestHost-Elegant Studio x3- 600m from Porta Nuova

The property is in a great location - we stayed for 6 days and cafes, restaurant, dry cleaner (which I indeed needed), eastetitian, main train station, Metro, superb spa, all within 10 mins walk max. Also the building is really fascinating as it’s quite historical and upper class. I appreciated the independent check in process as we arrived very late in the night. Bed is comfortable, the size of the studio is great for 2 people and the space is organised well. So for all the above I do give a good score :)

The downside is actually some of the offering of the apartment: shower is tiny (ok we read that previously in other reviews) but the problem is not just that - the soaps holders doesn’t hold the bottles which keep falling and you can’t bend to pick them up cause you stuck in the shoebox shower. The soaps that came with apartment were tiny little sachets of shower gel which do not last 6 days for 2 people to shower. Toilet paper not enough for the stay, not a single napkin in sight in the kitchen. No coffee machine. The worst thing was that the bed was made only with the summer cotton sheets and when we were cold in the night the only blankets available were in the QUITE STINKY wardrobe rolled in a ball, clearly already used and with stains. So guys, great apartment you have there but you really need to improve the user experience and that does not cost tons.

The location was perfect - very close to train station and all tourist destinations. Lots of cafes and restaurants to choose. The room was OK, bed was comfortable and room was secure and safe.

The room was advertising as a fully equip kitchen but it wasn't - missing toaster, coffee machine, oven. Only had 2 cups and 2 glasses and not much else. The bathroom was OK but the shower head was only a hand held so not able to have a proper shower. The apartment did say it was in the attic but please be carefully if your a tall person, some parts of the room is very low.
