Town Centre Modern 1 Bedroom self-contained Apartment

Just what we needed for an overnight stay. Much comfier than a hotel. Parking spot included. Fridge stocked with fresh milk and chilled water. Very convenient for the town.

Good convenient location great facilities

Where you park your car if you’ve a large car you might struggle and it seems like a cut through for other residents to get into Newbury. Although there is a gate it doesn’t shut properly.

Really enjoyed our one night stay here. Good location for Newbury Town Centre, short walk. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Well equipped, including a fan available in this hotter weather. Thoughtful touches such as milk in fridge on arrival. Great communication from the host, who was also responsive to trying to accommodate requests.

Nothing. The access is up a flight of external stairs and so wouldn’t be suitable for someone who is not able to climb stairs.

Area. Fans as so hot.

Parking in private car park total nightmare due to inconsiderate locals parking so frustrating. Getting through the side gate to the stairs, black bin full and very heavy blocking the hat inside. Dust, Dust, the blinds were layered in dust and if you tried to open windows the dust was horrible. Coffee maker nice touch if someone would only de scale it. It could be so much nicer if someone paid some attention to detail..
