Town Centre Modern 1 Bedroom self-contained Apartment

The location is great, within walking distance from the city center and lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants. We have appreciated the ease of check in, and the fact that there was coffee, tea, and even water and milk in the fridge. There is a free parking space which we were very happy to use, and the instructions for reaching it are very detailed. There was everything one might need for cooking.

The extendable couch was not very comfortable. The blinds were quite see through, which is a bit of a problem when you prefer sleeping in the dark. The space is a bit restraint, especially for eating.

Excellent location - good parking - clean and perfect for a short stay

A little small but as we weren’t there much over the weekend that was fine.

Great location in Newbury, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment was modern and clean. The host also provided fans, which were very welcome as we stayed during the heatwave. The chilled water and milk were a lovely touch and much appreciated. Free parking was available at the back.

Area. Fans as so hot.

Parking in private car park total nightmare due to inconsiderate locals parking so frustrating. Getting through the side gate to the stairs, black bin full and very heavy blocking the hat inside. Dust, Dust, the blinds were layered in dust and if you tried to open windows the dust was horrible. Coffee maker nice touch if someone would only de scale it. It could be so much nicer if someone paid some attention to detail..
