Charming 3 Bedroom Apartment with Pool Near San Diego Convention Center

Good location and great staff.

Everything was good just had issue with not being able to park at location.

The property boasts a wonderful location! It took us less than 15 minutes to get just about anywhere! There is a grocery store right around the corner and a few coffee shops as well. The sleeping arrangements were great for our personal needs and the pool/hot-tub were great. The gym was a nice touch as well. Having a washer and dryer was so amazing! Overall we enjoyed our stay even tho it definitely came with some hiccups.

We had issues with our parking pass to use the garage and got that taken care of by the office in the building luckily. We also only had 1 key for the unit. This posed a large issue because you need a key to go ANYWHERE in the building. If someone wanted to go to the gym, and another to go grab coffee, no can do! Huge inconvenience for a unit that sleeps so many people. The unit itself is nice. The layout is great! The rooms are a decent size and the bathrooms were huge but somethings were lacking. One hanger in each closet? Bizarre! The mattresses were meh and a few comments were made about them being uncomfortable. No fans in any of the rooms and we were all fairly hot even with the AC going until the rooms cooled down at night. There were just some weird things like the stove didn’t have all the knobs on it 🤷🏻‍♀️ only pots and no pans. Nothing that hindered our cooking however. We made due. While the location was great, if you aren’t used to big city living you might be a little uncomfortable walking around outside of the building. Lots of homeless people.

The property sits in a great and safe location near Gaslamp which was great! Love that it was a quiet, clean property and the pool/spa was a big plus.

The only con was trying to get into the secured garage. We could not figure out how to open it but luckily another car was able to open and that’s how we got in. But only a small inconvenience and it certainly did not negatively affect our satisfaction with the stay.

Location is right around everything, conveniently close to The Historical San Diego District! Great Restaurants and plenty of entertainment. The pool and hot tub area was so beautiful
