The JOLKA apartment is perfectly located in the town center, just 300m from Krupowki Street, 600m from the Gubalowka cable car, and 2km from the Strążyska Valley. The apartment is in relatively good condition and has two bathrooms.

The apartment lacks a washing machine and features some sloppy repairs. The main downsides are noise and logistics: key pickup is at a different address (inconvenient without a car), and parking on-site is chaotic due to other guests. Additionally, a large adjacent parking lot creates traffic noise early and late, while poor sound insulation on the ground floor means you can clearly hear the upstairs neighbors moving chairs and using the toilet. The owner should have warned us about the roadworks before our arrival. On our first morning, the water was off before 8 AM, so we couldn't shower or use the toilet. Only later, while walking to the center, did we find the water outage notice

Wygodne łóżko, blisko centrum

Brak firanek ( można by było swobodnie odsłonić żaluzje i wpuścić więcej światła, przez to bardzo ciemno w pokoju, brak informacji o chwilowych utrudnieniach z dojazdem ( remont drogi ), odbiór kluczy w innej części miasta ( bardzo utrudnione w przypadku przyjazdu pociągiem ).

Brak prawidłowego wyposażenia w kuchni, 1 szklanka, oraz 5 widelcy na 7 osob, brudna pościel. Oraz kołdry, Kontakt z biurem utrudniony, brak zrozumienia klienta, bra reakcji na zgłaszane problemy. Ogólnie bardzo słaby lokal. Jedyny plus to lokalizacja
