A comfortable choice for a stay in the center, with great logistical advantages:Access & Communication: Smooth key collection via the lockbox and helpful guiding messages sent early by the host.Amenities: The space reflects the website description and has everything needed for self-catering, including cleaning products.Parking & Surroundings: There is a parking lot very close by, which we used without any problems during the free hours (19:00 - 09:00). Right across from it, we highly recommend the restaurant-cafe for its truly exceptional coffee.
A few maintenance and comfort issues should be addressed for a better guest experience:Accessibility: The stairs leading to the apartment are somewhat inconvenient; adding a handrail would be highly beneficial for safety.Balcony: The outdoor area felt a bit neglected, as the chairs were dusty and there were cobwebs.Cleanliness & Hygiene: We encountered a serious hygiene issue with kitchen bugs (cockroaches), which unfortunately prevented us from using the kitchen to cook or eat there. Additionally, there is a persistent indoor humidity problem, and the overall cleanliness requires much more attention.Furniture: The sofa in the living room is not very comfortable, and updating it to a sofa bed would greatly improve the utility of the space.
