Aaryan Villa 1

I loved the staff of the property, they were extremely helpful and met us as we checked in, kept in contact via what’s app and informed us of weather to stay safe. The hotel was extremely clean, and the location was perfect, quiet and friendly area around. House keeping was perfect.

Their were quiet a few leaks, one of the bedrooms was leaking from 4 parts of the roof, in the toilet and all over the bed (at the bottom though), at the lounge room. The shower water did smell a bit (but out of control of the hotel). The sliding doors were extremely fragile and not secure. All of this though only occurred during extreme extreme rain, however it was still very cosy.

The pool was lovely. Staff amazing and cleaning daily. Big place and big bedrooms. Nice quiet area. Clean property

The villa itself was great. It was quiet and just what we wanted.

What let this villa down was management. We were told on arrival to text Vanessa. One day woke up to water dripping from the light bulb and down stairs completely flooded from heavy rain. We sent Vanessa a message and didn’t get a reply. For two days wet, smelly sheets and towel that we used try and stop the water sat in our villa. The villa was barely ever serviced and not once did all our family of 5 ever have either enough bath towels to all have one or towels for the pool. Many times we asked if everyone could have a bath towel and were told tomorrow then the cleaner wouldn’t come. We soon worked out to get any help we needed to email through booking.com. Then response was fast. We lost power twice and had that rectified quickly with sending a email. Overall the only draw back to this villa was the lack of management and care to detail. If you book for 5 there should be 5 towels,5 glasses, forks etc. Begging for clean towels and change of sheets should never have been our reality. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
