It was nicely furnished, nice modern interior, clean.

It felt a bit cold, but you could heat it if you wanted, maybe that coldness would be nice during a heatwave, which we didn’t experience. Would need to fix up their bathroom ametinies - shower was leaky as well as the sink, but it was bearable. Also, the boiler was turned off when we arrived, good thing I noticed and we were able to heat some water for shower in the evening, otherwise it wouldn’t have been so nice.

Bellissimo appartamento nuovo, spazioso, luminoso e elegante proprio come nelle foto. Il letto è comodissimo e la camera molto silenziosa. Abbiamo anche apprezzato il fatto che ogni dettaglio fosse molto curato, non manca proprio niente!

Muy bien el apartamento

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-designed from the inside. It had a modern feel and was suitable for a short stay. The location is relatively close to the city center, which was convenient.

Unfortunately, the overall experience with the management was disappointing. The communication and flexibility were very poor and felt overly strict. I had already informed them in advance that I would arrive late for check-in, and after initially agreeing, they later told me I could only enter exactly at the agreed time of 10:30 PM, which made no sense since the apartment had already been ready since 3 PM. Another issue was the laundry setup. There is a washing machine but no dryer, which is inconvenient for an apartment stay because there is no practical way to properly dry clothes. The most frustrating part was the lack of flexibility with late check-out. My rental car pickup was unexpectedly delayed, so I politely requested a late check-out until 1 PM, but they refused immediately, even though the next guest’s check-in was only at 3 PM. There was no understanding or consideration for travelers and tourists dealing with changing schedules. Overall, the management style felt too rigid and transactional rather than welcoming and hospitable.
