Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Wir konnten ganz einfach Cafés, Snacks und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs finden, ohne weit gehen zu müssen. Das Apartment war sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend.

Het appartement was precies wat we nodig hadden voor onze vakantie. Het was schoon, comfortabel en lag op een zeer handige locatie. Dat er beneden gemakswinkels, cafés en verschillende voorzieningen waren, bespaarde ons veel tijd. Het uitzicht op zee was prachtig en rustgevend. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk en raadde ons een aantal heerlijke lokale restaurants aan.

The balcony view is absolutely worth it. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. Fireworks at night were a great bonus.

Before you pay them, they are very responsive to your messages. Once payment is made, they do not respond efficiently. Takes hours to receive a simple reply. No formal check in counter/desk. Not helpful in assisting with luggage. No clear instructions to check out. Had to repeatedly ask and call (they will just not pick the phone). Room: small, toilet was dirty, the shower room curtain was so filthy that we had to close our eyes the whole time whilst taking a shower. My booking had free airport transfer but unfortunately I was asked to pay 250,000 VND. So that was dodgy. Obviously, I did not pay them. Overall, I am disappointed booking this facility.
