The location is excellent – there are many restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, even a kebab place and a pharmacy nearby. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the sea, which is very warm, and the beach is sandy and huge. There’s a bus stop for route 21 right under the building, which takes you to Pescara. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with air conditioning and a large balcony.
