Lovely homestay in Kankhal. Room furniture and amenities is like in a hotel (Kettle, glasses for drinking water, bottle of water, working TV w/ Youtube connection, hot water for bath, air-conditioning - all available). Mr. Singh welcomed us warmly and gave plenty of advice how to go around Haridwar. Breakfast was included and we appreciated that they serve different dish each day! Location of the homestay is about 20-25mins away by rickshaw from the main ghat Har Ki Pauri. It is away from the business of Haridwar and is in a more residential area. Maa Anandamayee Ashram and Shree Daksheshwar Temple is about 10mins away by walk. Overall, our stay was very good value for what they have provided.

Location is not near the Ganga Ghat, Harki Pouri, food is like homely made, Proprietor of Home stay is very polite behaviour,

Required a Soundless silent generator, Every atleast required 2 Bottle package water, Top floor Room staircase is like Bhulbhulia, To find out the Homestay at least required a arrow Mark inthe Light post, But in this price you will find far better hotel in prime Location with complementary Breakfast, need more Airy and natural Light, the picture shown in the Hotel room are totally different,

Property is very maintained, and Staff is very responsible. If you are planning to stay 2-3 days and have family with you or you are a single girl traveller then it is nice place to stay.
