Unfortunately the house has an ant problem and I did see spider webs in the kitchen and living room area.

The location of the property is perfect, the view is great, it's super confortable, the neighbors are super friendly, it's a great stay to enjoy the beach, if you're looking for a place to relax, I highly recommend it. Oh, and the internet is really fast if you need to do some work while you are on the house.
Basic things that are not major issues but are appreciated, like napkins, the tv controls where an issue but I got one to work, the metal door could use some door locks so the visitor can close it to keep the mosquitos out.

The view and neighbors
Hard beds, cold water and no shower head. BBQ was full of used charcoal and the there was no propane to use as the other option. The wash and dryer were full, so we had to unload their items so we could do a load of laundry. No contact info for key entry, I remembered the old code so we were able to get in. Could not start the oven, maybe needed a firestick?
