The manager was very welcoming The room was confortable. Beds have curtains, which is particularly appreciable for privacy and confort while sleeping

I can join some other comments. Maybe one more bath and one more toilet could be better. But everything was clean so for this price all is ok. You can come without a doubt

Neat and clean with all the amenities. One of the best hostel i have ever been.

Room and facilities.

-The hostel owner is a 30s gentleman who, after backpacking Europe, quit his long-term job working in Kazakhstan banks and decided to open a hostel in Turkistan to create community -- I love that! He and his dad were super welcoming and friendly. -Free water refill. -Great location! -Full kitchen with fridge and freezer. -Nice AC in the room. -Offered day-tours to farther away sites. -Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, even allowing me to store luggage and hang out in the AC room while I waited for my evening train. -Laundry available.

-The biggest thing was that there's only one toilet and one shower. Otherwise, no complaints!

Good location, big lockers, has potential

The woman working there was miserable (paying in cash and needing a small bit of change, you would have thought that I insulted her), there is one unclean bathroom for the entire place good luck in the morning, the kitchen is pretty much unusable, you have to make your own bed with sheets that don’t fit the bed asked for larger sheets and was ignored, requested a lower bed at time of booking and was told that they would try to give me one and then the woman only gave me an option for an upper bed despite a lower bed being unoccupied the entire time, really loud beds that make noise any time someone moves.
