Fantastic hotel, for summer. Do not go in winter.

Nice location, helpful and friendly staff. Really nice room, well decorated, with bath.

HEATING!!!! For 4500 pesos per night, that is what I expected in a cold place like Mexico city. It was 6°C at night. Also the bath water was too cold to take a bath. Which was super strange as the shower water was way to hot to use without adding cold water.

That It was close to the place I needed to visit.

Every day starting at 7am in the morning, construction work began in the hotel that caused very loud noise and was very disturbing. The bed sheets were dirty, and they moved me to another room that was smaller than the one I paid for.

Overall an amazing stay

This hotel was exactly what we needed. It’s beautiful and modern. It’s in walking distance to many restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, ice cream shops, everything! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. There was security 24/7. The neighborhood is so beautiful. My partner and I travel to CDMX for work and this will be the hotel we will be staying at moving forward.

Mi cuarto muy ruidoso por el barre de abajo , el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien!!!! El último día me cambiaron de cuarto a un cuarto muy cómodo sin ruido muy muy bueno!

No regresaría, la experiencia fue pésima

Habitaciones: Las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal por las mañanas (6:30am) son muy ruidosas, ya que en áreas colindantes impartes clases al aire libre y el ruido es excesivo. Las habitaciones son cómodas, amplias y están bien equipadas con varias amenidades, como Frigobar, escritorio, maletero, espejo completo, sofá, cafetera, entre otras cosas. Actividades cerca de mi ubicación: Se encuentra en una plaza comercial por lo cual desde muy temprano ya hay ruido, lo cual no permite tener un descanso prolongado. (6:00 am)

Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y están cómodas, desgraciadamente el servicio del hospedaje es pésimo, no hay coordinación con los 3 turnos en recepción, si realizas una reservación en alguna plataforma digital no te respetan el precio acordado, así como también la habitación que escojas en plataforma no coincide con la física. Las habitaciones tienen muchas amenidades como Alexa enciende la luz y servicios digitales, desgraciadamente es inconsistente ya que durante el día y la noche sufren cortes de luz completos y no hay el servicio de re conexión hasta que avisas en recepción. No cuentan con servicio de restaurante, asi como también no cuentan con gimnasio.

El viernes en la mañana me quede trabajando en la habitación y hubo mucho ruido (taladro) parecía estaban realizando labores de mantenimiento en la habitación contigua.

Es muy lindo, cómodo, tecnología con Alexa. Ubicación a pasos de todo tipo de negocios.

No tiene demasiadas amenidades, no gym propio, creo que hay que pagar extra... No estoy seguro, sin piscina, etc.
