The breakfast was nice, the room looks nice also. The location is not the best. At night you can hear cars even with closed windows.
I messaged the hotel several times and even tried to contact them from Booking.com but there was no reply for a long time. A vacation which should be fun turned into stressful for me bc of this behavior. You do expect some bare minimum and this was truly disappointing. The hotel itself is not bad but this lack of communication was too much fr.
