Never again!
Reasonable clean Renovated
The windows were blinded and i did not get the room as described when I booked I was depressed! Unhappy in winter to stay in a frozen room not being able to see outside the kitchen was a freezer. I live in the Hague and we took a break near the market. The temu bed can be replaced bij a normal king size for 2 persons not only for asians format. If you are 1.85 you dont fit.! It was like a fight.. The kitchen was outside the room with no privacy, which was not mentioned on booking.com. I requested another room but was not provided. I have complaint many times without actions being taken.. Many times i called the owner to remove the blinds from the window no action was taken he did not take my complaint seriously. I was depressed and angry felt like i am in a prison... the appartment is noisy all steps above where distrubing us... My request for pillows was not honered. While booking the pictures were showing 3 pillows...they are misleading! The room was a freezer i complained so much i got an external heater only the last night.. the room was not being cleaned while i stayed 9 nights no fresh and clean sheets and pillow sheets... i was asking for clean towels every 3 days. I want a refund and wil submit a comolaint to booking.com The price is too high for the service that was not provided!

Die Gemeinschaftsküche, die man sich mit den anderen "Appartements" teilt, ist praktisch. Das Appartement, was eher ein Zimmer ist, hat uns gefallen.
Das "Appartement" liegt nicht unbedingt in der besten Umgebung. Der Kontakt mit Matt und June bezüglich einer separate zu zahlenden Tourismusabgabe war unklar und unprofessionell. Zugangscode kam erst 4 Stunden vor dem offiziellen Check-In. Wir benötigen Unterstützung von booking.com bei der Beantwortung unserer Fragen an Matt und June.
