Lovely location with spectacular views. The covered assigned parking spaces were very convenient to have. We found the property to be well-appointed with anything you'd need on a holiday. The washer and dryer were a bonus. Cannot beat the views from the porch.

Despite being told ahead of time about quiet hours and several signs posted in the common areas, this unit was very noisy. Unfortunately, every morning the unit above us had some sort of work being done on the floors. We'd awake to the sound of furniture being dragged across the floors, then some sort of floor buffer, and finally a squealing squeegee sound. This started before 8am each morning, and got progressively earlier each day, even on the weekends. It was quite disturbing to awake to these sounds on our holiday at 6:30am on a Sunday morning. We also found the unit to be very cold and the second bedroom did not have an electric blanket, which was difficult for someone visiting from Florida.

would have liked to be informed unit was on 2nd floor directly above all cafes Cafes were so noisy ,setting up at 5 .30 am every morning ,dragging table and chairs for 30 minutes each day was very noisy , and woke everybody up every day you could not sleep through every morning was frustrating No Air conditioning or heating , being winter it was a cold unit inside after sunset and mornings
