Super emplacement pour aller dans le centre à pieds
Les oreillers mériteraient d être remplacés et la table sur la terrasse trop petite pour manger sinon tout était super

Appartement impeccable au niveau propreté.
Linge de maison (draps/serviettes/torchon) mis à disposition.
Bien équipé et refait à neuf. (éclairages dans le mur très sympas).
Présence d'une machine à laver et d'un lace vaisselle.
Appartement bien placé pour se rendre au centre de sanary à pied (même s'il faut longer la route pleine de bouchons en permanence). 10 15 minutes selon votre rythme.
Manque de confort sur les tabourets du bar qui ne sont pas agréables et assise du canapé manque de soutien.
Des chaises plus confortables seraient un plus.
Balcon inutilisable car le bruit de la route est incessant.
Parking extérieur non sécurisé, placé sous un énorme pin, prévoir un gros nettoyage du véhicule en rentrant.

Very stylish and nicely appointed appartment, recently decorated and fitted out. Nice big TV with easy connection for Netflix. Sufficient kitchen space and utensils etc. Handy to have a washing machine. Great shower. Nice to have a balcony. AC in living and bed rooms. It is a flat 10 minute walk to town, supermarket sea front, beach, bars etc. Sanary is a very pleasant place. Useful to have a parking space - would have been a pain without one if arriving by car. There was a small isue with the WiFi, but the host sorted this out happily.
Nothing really. The block is 50 or so years old an looks a bit tired, but that doesn't effect the quality of the appartment. Other reviewers mentioned the noise from the busy road. This was not a problem - just a product of the location. The double glazed windows eliminate all noise from the outside. It is only when you are using the balcony that you hear the traffic, but its not bad. There are 3 flights of stairs to climb, OK for us, but could be a problem for people with mobility issues - the plus side is you get a better view from a higher floor. We were unlucky that the parking space was under a tree and the car was covered with bird droppings every morning - hopefully just s seasonal issue!
