Perfektní startovací místo do okolí. Klid, výhledy (Kašperk, Svatobor), velká zahrada, sezení s možností ohně, parkování na pozemku (ale viz. níže). V okolí se pásl dobytek a vedle běhaly husy, prostě paráda. Roční prcek si to náramně užil. Možnost mít s sebou domácího mazlíčka, náš pes si užil celý týden na zahradě, když nebyl zrovna na výletě.
Měli jsme venkovní teploty 26°C - 30°C a v patře pod střechou se nedalo být, natož spát. Což je logické. V místnosti v přízemí bylo velmi příjemně chladně. Vjezd autem není vhodný pro klasické auto, spíše suv. Pozor tedy na spodek!
