The room is small but has very cute and colorful decor.
There is a smaller staff member who was always smiling and friendly every time I went to the counter.
The location is in a quiet area where locals live. It is away from the shopping zone, but you can still walk there easily.
-On the top floor, there is a nice area for hanging clothes to dry and a spot to sit and enjoy the breeze
Service consistency: The first staff member I met never smiled.
Arrival issues: I informed the property that I would arrive around 2-3 PM. When I arrived, I called the number on Booking.com but no one answered. We had to drag our luggage through the sand and find the way using GPS. The staff explained that the number belongs to the owner who was in a meeting, so the team didn't know we had arrived. (However, they did provide a drop-off service on our check-out day).
Communication: Many times the reception was empty. I tried calling the number left at the counter, but nobody picked up.
Cleanliness: Some spots were overlooked, like old coffee stains on the table.
The lights in the hallway leading to my floor were broken and never turned on during my entire stay.

The hotel was nice, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall environment was relaxing and enjoyable.
Staff was very good in behavior.
There was nothing major to dislike, but a few small improvements could make the experience even better.
