Bonne situation.
Beaux espaces
Frigo qui est mal calé.
La porte s ouvre du mauvais coté.
Cabine de douche petite et peu pratique, la douchette de plafond coule en meme temps que la douchette a main.
Machine a laver posée sur un bac de garage.
Lave vaisselle fonctionne maisi ne lave pas.
Finition qui laissent a desirer.
Et leger manque d entretien.

Os hall de entrada era desagradável e passava por uma ala de fumantes. O entorno é bem ruim de estacionar, mas muito bem localizado. Ficaria de novo nesse local com certeza.

A cosy and spaceous apartment in a perfect location. It was clean and had everything you need for a short stay.
There are two main drawbacks to consider before renting this apartment.
The lack of airconditioning is the main driver of the low rating as the apartment gets really hot. There were a couple of fans but they were not sufficient during the high temperatures that we experienced (end of May).
The are two quite steep flights of stairs with narrow steps that can be challenging if you have large, heavy luggage.
