The key code we had was wrong so called the agent and they texted the correct code
There was no bed sheets or towles so called the agent again and they sent the cleaners over to make up the beds and deliver the towles. After they left we found the electric was switched off and also the water. As we have had a property in Spain before I knew how to switch them both on. a hand over book with this information would have been helpful.
