If you are looking for the perfect balance of traditional charm and modern comfort, this apartment is a rare find. Having just spent time here, I can say it truly elevated my experience of the island.
The first thing that strikes you is the thoughtful design. The apartment manages to feel both spacious and cozy, with high-quality finishes that respect the local aesthetic while providing every contemporary amenity you could need. It’s rare to find a place that feels this well-curated—every corner seems designed for relaxation.
The location is unbeatable. It serves as a peaceful sanctuary where you can retreat after a day of exploring the medieval villages or the unique Mastichochoria. Despite its proximity to local life, the apartment remains remarkably quiet, offering a serene atmosphere that is hard to come by.

Diese Unterkunft bietet wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Als Gast fühlt man sich hier - in der schön eingerichteten Wohnung - wirklich rundherum wohl und willkommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und tadellos sauber. Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Dinge und auch hier beweisen die Gastgeber sehr guten Geschmack (hübsches Geschirr, Nespresso-Maschine samt Kapseln, Spülmittel...). Neben vielen Wasserflaschen befanden sich sogar einige Überraschungen im Kühlschrank (herzlichen Dank auch dafür noch an dieser Stelle).
Im Badezimmer gibt es einen großen Spiegelschrank, der viel Stauraum bietet. Die Dusche ist sehr komfortabel und geräumig. Auf dem Balkon gibt es einen großen Trockenständer. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und nicht zu hart. Die Beleuchtung in der ganzen Wohnung ist durchdacht und bietet für jede Stimmung das richtige Licht.
Von der Mastiha Luxory Suite aus konnten wir die ganze Insel erkunden, hatten es sehr nah zur Hauptstadt Chios und dem Flughafen - ein für uns idealer Standort.
Wir hoffen uns einmal wiederzusehen auf Chios!

Sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen! Alles war da, was man so brauchen könnte. Die komplette Einrichtung modern und neu und im Detail liebevoll gestaltet.

A beautiful apartment on Chios Island. Very close to the center and the sea. There are markets, cafes and tavernas around. The location is excellent. The owners are friendly and helpful in every way. The apartment is fully equipped, clean, and furnished with new, beautifully designed furniture. We were very pleased as a family. Thank you Athena and her husband Dimitris.
