Was a joy to stay a great find and a great get away location, the animals were lovely to watch.

The hut was brand new and exceptionally kitted out , everything thought of. It was very windy and rained the night we were there but although the hut was buffeted it added to the experience. Bed was very comfortable indeed. Only a short car ride to Aberdaron.

Just one slight issue, because it was windy the extractor fan was flapping from the wind outside. Cured by putting bathroom light with fan on.

Shepherd huts in the country side for a break from it all .

The shepherd huts were amazing , everything I needed was there , very modern and Cosy , tv Netflix , fire , coffee / tea suger and milk on arrival , lovely and warm with candles , fresh towels and the owners were just a phone call away . Highly recommended and only 5 minutes to the village / beach. Lovely views and total peace and quiet with free Wi-Fi connection , highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in one of the huts. Warm and cosy. Beautifully decorated. Comfy bed. Set in lovely surroundings. Great location. Aberdaron only a 30 minute walk. Highly recommend.

Perfect

This was the perfect accommodation for our needs, the location was excellent as we were travelling to Bardsey Island for the day. Self catering was also ideal for us. It was super comfortable and heating was easy to control. the hut was very well equipped and shower room facilities were excellent.

Comfortable stay.

We stayed in the Ystum hut for three nights. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A well equipped kitchen to make small meals or snacks. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is a good size and storage for toiletries (which many lack). It looked quite new and everything was of a good quality and exceptionally clean. It has lovely views over the fields. It’s in a good quiet location but easily accessible if you want to explore that coast. Enjoyed our stay.

Neat and compact accommodation finished to a very high standard.

Top quality fittings and finishings with thoughtful touches all make this a lovely place to stay. Every effort has been made to make the best use of the space without it feeling cramped. Lovely quiet setting with space to sit outside.

Suggest adding the induction hob to the list of facilities.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful shepherds hut with everything we could ask for!

The shepherd huts had everything you could want. Little things like foil and cling film, salt & pepper, oil, tea and coffee. The hut was decorated to a high finish and was in an excellent spot to reach local beaches. Was in walking distance of Aberdaron. Lovely outside space- quiet and peaceful. Thank you!

location, a couple of miles from Aberdaron [about 35minutes if you walked] , facilities all good. Starter amounts of tea, coffee and milk. Offer of insect repellant [accepted], easy to find location. Small induction hob wasn't mentioned in the property description but this was a good feature although we didn't use it.

Nothing really. I attract biting insects and the nearness to water [the pond] added a bit of risk [!] here.

It was peaceful and quiet but within easy reach of shops and pubs in the car.

It was beautifully decorated and clean.

It would have benefitted from a fan and maybe a cotton sheet as it was extremely hot when we stayed.

These are incredibly well set out and decorated huts in a really pleasant setting. Recommended!

The huts have been thoughtfully designed & furnished. Just 2 huts which face a pond with fish & fountain and look out on a Cymraeg hillside, just 5 mines from Aberdaron. A really nice location and very good accommodation!

It was just too hot on what was probably the hottest night of the year! But that's nothing to do with the owner!! That said, we did swim in the sea at Llanbedgog!

Amazing little place to stay! Location, cleanliness and everything you need for an overnight stay!!I’m 6ft 1 and no problem with the size of shepherd hut. Host communication was great also. Will be returning in the future.. they also have ducks and goats to admire while sitting on the decking!

A beautiful getaway for two.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautifully done. Hi spec. Very quiet, relaxing, beautiful scenery. Great for a little getaway from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

It could do with a little pull out 2 step stool to help climb onto the bed as its quite high up.

Great little place, hidden away!

The place was immaculately clean. The pond outside and the wildlife was amazing. Including the "quack shack" and goats who can climb anything. There was plenty of room and showers were piping hot! Throughly enjoyed my stay!

Kuschelig, ruhig - perfekte Auszeit in der Natur

Wir haben die Auszeit im Shepherd’s Hut wirklich genossen. Die Unterkunft war super gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – in der kleinen Küche war alles da, was man braucht, und auch das Bad war bestens ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich mit Blick auf den Teich, umgeben von Kuh- und Schafweiden, war einfach traumhaft – inklusive plätscherndem Brunnen in der Mitte. Unser Highlight: die tierischen Nachbarn (Ziegen, Laufenten & Co.), deren Gehege direkt an unserem Platz lag. Das Bett war super bequem und wir hätten definitiv noch länger bleiben können. Gerne wieder – absolut empfehlenswert!
