Alles in allem wurde sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben mit der Wohnung , wenn man die Umgebung anschaut. Man erwartet das von innen nicht . Der Gartenbereich ist super schön gemacht , leider durch Mücken über Mücken nicht nutzbar gewesen für uns. Die Innenräume wurden auch schon hergerichtet und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Die eigene Einfahrt ist Pluspunkt. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit und für uns hat es sich gelohnt.

Ein paar Möbel müssten erneuert werden, diese sind schon sehr alt. Für die Gartenmöbel bräuchte es eine Box, falls es regnet kann man die Kissen dort hineinräumen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön nur wenn alles nass ist nicht zu benutzen und es verwittert dann sehr schnell . Die Lage zum Strand ist gut, allerdings in dem Bereich auch sehr laut abends und etwas heruntergekommen die ganze Straße .

The apartment is very spacious, with a huge garden, two chill-out areas, a kids’ pool, a BBQ grill, and even a friendly cat. The rooms are well equipped, and Naples is only 20–30 minutes away by car. The beach is just across the street, but unfortunately it was messy, with garbage and broken glass. Luckily, the nearby lidos were very clean, well equipped, and fairly priced. A good mini market and a nice pizzeria are also close by. Overall, the apartment itself is a true oasis in this environment. If you’re looking for a spacious place with a garden, kids’ pool, and easy beach access (using the lidos), it can be a good choice.

On the downside, the beds were not very comfortable, and the mattresses were not clean, with some dirt and even traces of food. The bathroom had a smell and some small bugs, and there were lots of tiger mosquitos outside. Cleaning tools were limited to a simple sweeper, which made it harder to keep things tidy. The area around the apartment is quite run-down, with garbage, neglected buildings, and very noisy traffic in front of the house. At night we sometimes felt unsafe, but the locals turned out to be friendly — children were even playing outside until midnight, which made it clear the neighborhood is more poor than dangerous.
