Location
Very bad experience, waiting over 4 hours to get in after night flight , we had sent a message prior to our stay explaining we were coming early and the reply was the door is open keys inside. So after such a long wait we were given our room then ( minutes later a man knocked on the door claiming it was his room. We then got a text to say we’d been given it by mistake and had to change neither room was luxurious tv didn’t work bathroom was awful shower head broken , shower curtain mouldy shop bought cheap 2 in 1 conditioner x 2 but no shower gel or hand soap I try had re in out no mirror to use to get ready extension lead across the room not working properly making plugs extremely hot thad only two days of full itinerary in Dubai ruined.
