Me and my girlfriend had a great stay in a poolside room of Sarana Suites Crete.
The property was newly built just before our 14-day stay, so everything was very modern and clean. The rooms were spacious with comfortable and great furnishing, lighting, air conditioning, and amedities.
Our ”King Room With Pool Access” came with a nice patio equipped with two comfortable futons overlooking the clean and well maintained mid-sized pool, that was big enough for all the guests to enjoy.
The pool bar had a good selection of drinks, and Sarana Suites also offers breakfast, which we didn’t opt in for.
All basic needs like multiple grocery stores, ATMs, cafes, restaurants, and a great beach were nearby.
The parking area was big enough for probably 1/4 - 1/3 of the propertys capasity to park cars, was equipped with electric car charging ports, and had good access to Kissamos’ main road, even though the roadmap isn’t updated on Google yet.
The staff were friendly and hospitable, with good communications, flexible check-in times, and daily clean-ups in the rooms.
As we were some of the first guests at the property, some minor things were still in progress while we had our stay. Some exterior visual elements were still being updated, and minor electrical work was still in progress.
The pool bar was open at limited and irregular hours of the day at the beginning of our stay.
There were some minor issues with the keycards, as they did not work on the doors in the beginning of our stay, and for the entire duration had no effect on the lighting of our room (it stayed available even without the cards.)

la deco, le petit déjeuné,
un upgrade pour nous mettre dans une chambre handicapé avec remontée d'odeur depuis la douche et un accès direct piscine donc bruit. Personnel sympa mais surmené. Personne a la reception. On sent que l'hotel est neuf est pas rodé
