Rustige locatie Knappe voorzieningen, mooi resort Verwarmd zwembad eind september is een luxe.

Bedden op appartement aan de harde kant, maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur.

The apartment, facilities, restaurant and lagoon we’re all exceptional

I had cause to complain about the exceptionally loud whistling noise coming through the roller shutter lintels, and under the front door to the apartment. My 12-year-old daughter was sleeping in the twin room where the noise was at its worst, and ended up sleeping with my wife whilst I had to try and sleep through the incessant noise. This is reported to the maintenance department after I had attempted to tape up and pack the windows to no avail . I was told that due to an orange weather warning that this was out of their control and if “I wanted to leave the property and have a refund for the unused nights” This left us as a family in a very unsettling position as we felt that if we complained, we would be asked to leave the resort . We understand that on a couple of days the wind was up to 40 mph but this should not cause issues like this . Les équipements extérieurs étaient top, piscine chauffée alors que nous étions en avril, le fait qu’il y avait des chaises longues c’est super.

Nous n’avons pu avoir le logement seulement qu’à 17:00 plus tôt c’est payant ça évidement ce n’était pas indiqué avant payement. La propreté au sol laisse à désirer.
