The property was clean and perfect for our stay. There were three adults and one child. We all slept very comfortably. The pool was such an added bonus to our trip. We swam every morning and evening around our activities and it was amazing! The owner was so easy to communicate with. That was a blessing.

Location and communication with the rental property company
Sadly the swimming pool was green upon arrival. This was rectified after 3 days and the letting agent were very good with resolution and I was offered a fair refund. The property seemed a little neglected in places, especially outside. The pool area and garden needed attention to reflect the pictures.

It has complete facilities and it is near Siesta Key Beach and other tourism spots like Mote Aquarium and Ringling Museum
