The accommodation is brand new, beautifully designed, and very well thought out. Everything felt fresh and high quality, with comfortable, modern furniture throughout. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept really well. The concept of the accommodation is quite unique and unlike anywhere we’ve stayed before, which made the experience even more special. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into every detail.

Refurbishment was a very high-quality. perfect for two and a dog

This property should win awards for the architecture and the finish by the builders, as well as engineering company obviously used to manufacture the ladder etc to access the mezzanine bedroom. For such a small footprint the use of the space is exceptionally well done. The location is a short walk from Beer beach and a host of excellent pubs and restaurants. There were plenty of towels, some nice touches like the coffee machine and the welcome pack. This place is really well put together and it seems no expense has been spared in its construction. We loved it !

I have no complaints only feedback. The outside area could have been swept prior to arrival (the outside chairs and table cleaned too) also some shower gel in the shower would have been a nice addition. But that is it !! Unbelievable place and highly recommended.

Great design and so lovely to be a short walk to the beach.

The road is busy and noisy.
