The guest suite had everything you needed, just like at a hotel. A bit more private, which is great. The hosts communicated well. Closely situated to the train station, supermarket and cafes/restaurants.
The location is handy, but close to a busy intersection. It didn't trouble me, but it is good to keep in mind.

Super self sufficient suite, charming and has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Very well located buses that take you 20 min to st kilda main shops and stores, 40 min to CBD by SANDRINGHAM LINE (10 min walk from the property) The host are always available, very easy to contact them via text message or phone. Super friendly and welcoming. The private property is clean and comfortable. The matress provided is perfect as well, firm and not feeling like it is swallowing me (if you have back problems you will understand) Staying in Brighton is perfect if you want a more quiet stay, you will not neccesarilly be walking distance from clubs or parties but for us it was perfect because we appreciate the quiet and lovely walks that brighton has to offer!
