Katouna Stone House

I liked the nice view from the terrace, the internet speed, the AC, the water pressure, the early check-in and the welcome basket. The house was spacious and quiet all around.

I didn't like that the house was not actually individual. The owner was on the ground floor, the garden is practically nonexistent, there is no cleaning included in the price, and the towels and sheets were changed once after we complained about it. We had to ask for a hairdryer. The windows could not be opened. The master bedroom door was difficult to close because of the swollen floor. We saw a few centipedes in the house, one was in my bed, and I couldn't kill it; it got away. The refrigerator was not cooling, we complained about it, the owner told us to power it down and unfreeze it, and our food spoiled. There was a lack of amenities, not even garbage bags. We had to buy everything. Also, the garbage bins were 500 meters distance. There are many other things to complain about, but I'm not wasting any more time with this.
