Быстрые ответы хозяйки, аккуратная квартира со всем необходимым. Все чисто, удобно. В общем и целом хорошее соотношения цены и качества. Поэтому впечатления только положительные и остался доволен проживанием.
Некоторые мелкие «косяки» по самому ремонту. Где-то пятно, где-то шеркнуто что-то. Заметно, что квартира сдается какое-то время уже. Но это мелочи, если уж совсем придираться.

Хорошая квартира, с замечательным расположением. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Из спальных мест: двуспальная кровать (удобный средней жесткости матрас, если вдруг для кого-то важно); диван. Есть стиральная машина и стиральный порошок, если нужно. Фото соответствуют. Рекомендую!

Хорошая квартира, отличное местоположение, хороший дом. Чистота, кровати, бельё и сан узел - всё хорошо.

Очень понравилось, под окном двор с детской площадкой, тк мы были с ребенком - очень удобно. Сама квартира просторная, с хорошим интернетом. Хозяйка была на связи и оперативно помогла решить возникающие вопросы. Расположение хорошее.
Неудобное подключение тв к ютуб, через два пульта, и не каждый раз работало
$$$$
