E o locatie situata intr-un bloc de apartamente, la o distanta relativ medie de parcurs cu masina pana in centrul orasului, in zona periferica… de rafinarii a Ploiestiului, cu miros de petrol si gaze.. care pluteste in atmosfera. In rest, conditiile interioare ale apartamentuluii, extraordinare raportat la pret. Multumesc.

Mi-a plăcut faptul că era spațios și că în dormitor chiar se putea face întuneric cu draperiile trase.
Nu mi-au plăcut următoarele: •Curățenia a fost făcută mai mult superficial. •Au fost lăsate ceva prosoape, dar care erau ude. •Atât încălzirea în apartament, cât și apa caldă nu funcționau.
