It was very clean and spacious, and the bay view from the balcony was great! All apartment appliances were new and easy to use.

We arrived past front desk operation hours and without knowledge of Korean building numeration system it was a little bit hard to find where the apartment is located in the building.

住在海灘附近很多人可能會選擇海雲台或廣安里，我本來以為住在松島比較不方便，但實際不是，以坐計程車來說，如果住海雲台或廣安里要去南浦或西面，需要經過一條橋，費用會比較貴。 房間很大，也算安靜，客廳和房間看出去就是松島沿岸，酒店正旁邊就是松島纜車，附近也有好多餐廳和便利店，後面就有daiso，樓下計程車也很多。 如果坐計程車跟司機說松島纜車就可以了，酒店入口就在對面的101號大樓，check in在3樓，就算沒有人也可以使用自助機check in。

等電梯會比較久，層樓比較多。 要自己處理垃圾，垃圾要分類。 房間沒有電視，房間床頭沒有插頭

The apartment has a nice shower, washer/dryer in the unit. The view from the balcony was nice.

Overall was not a good location; quite far from everything. The apartment itself was missing basics: the towels provided were very small, not big enough for any adult. There was only 3 coffee mugs, no glasses or plates. There is a sign in the kitchen that if you don’t take out the trash or wash dishes you risk a 200‘000 fine. However when checking out i asked and he said I can leave the trash in the room. Still I found that strange.
