    The advertisement wording of the hotel is misleading, the Cable car is not the free cable car but only the side cable car VIEW !! Funny !! The free cable car ticket already stop for year as per staff explanation.

    We have choosen this hotel for its location as it is very near to the most attraction at Sunset town. The hotel provides excellent service, including free Buggy Service tour whereby they will bring you on a Buggy ride tour around for beautiful pictures. You can also request for buggy service to destination within Sunset town. The free massage service was superb and there are free airport pick up and drop off service, that save us some money on airport transfer. Lastly, we highly recommend their service. The service we received from their staff was top notch. Especially, their staff Kiet. Kiet is very friendly, always carries a nice smile, and very responsible. We forgot our buggy tour timing and he called us to remind us. The food he recommended us was delicious too. The night before we checked out, he even reminded us the airport transfer timing again. Really appreciate it. We all agree this is the best service we have experience so far from any of our hotel stays. Definitely will return again!!

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this one is important for families travelling with young children. We booked a room with a fireworks view, thinking it would be a memorable experience for our kids. While the fireworks did scare our two young children initially, they are calmed down once the show ended. The real issue was the extremely loud music that continued late into the night. The noise was so intense that our children cried continuously and were unable to sleep, making it a very stressful night for our family. That same evening, I went to the reception to explain the situation and requested to cancel our second night with a refund. I was told that the manager was not on the night shift and asked to return to my room while they would address it the next morning. That sounded reasonable, so we agreed. The following morning, we later found out that the lady at the front desk was the manager. She did not approach us proactively or acknowledge the inconvenience we had experienced. Only after we confirmed that she was indeed the manager did she mention that she had been waiting for us to finish breakfast. Unfortunately, this did not leave a professional first impression. The hotel maintained that no refund could be provided because the loud music was beyond their control. While I understand that some external factors cannot be controlled, I don’t feel it is reasonable to expect guests to pay for a second night that they are unable to stay due to such a significant disturbance. The only goodwill gesture offered was transportation to our new hotel, worth approximately 300,000 VND, despite our room rate being *** per night. We felt this did not adequately reflect the inconvenience our family experienced. I’m sharing this review to help other parents make an informed decision. If you’re travelling with young children or are sensitive to noise, be aware that the fireworks may only last a short while, but the loud music can continue late into the night and significantly affect your stay. Overall, the hotel staff are unprofessional and leave a very disappointing impression. There are many hotel alternatives along sunset town. This is not recommended!
