De locatie is perfect, echt aan de boulevard en direct aan het strand. Het appartement zit op de eerste verdieping en je hebt een prima zwembad in het midden van het complex. Je zit aan de rustige kant van Palamos maar als je de drukte in wil, ben je daar met 15 minuten lopen.
De garage zit onder het pand wat heel fijn is maar de parkeerplekken zijn wel echt te klein en om met je auto in en uit de garage te komen is bijna niet te doen zonder schade te maken. Verder waren de bedden niet echt comfortabel en het balkon echt klein. Met het strand en de zee voor de deur, niet echt een probleem maar iets groter was wel fijn geweest.
