A very enjoyable stay from start to finish.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spotless, modern, and comfortable. The staff were consistently kind and helpful. Plenty of free parking and breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety. Everything was well maintained, and we would happily stay here again.

We honestly didn’t find anything to dislike.

Staff, especially receptionist Ana, who helped us and was really nice! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

It is far away from the city, so if we didnt have the car it would be a struggle to get anywhere. But the had free parking.

Location, kind of hotel: this hotel is part of the school hotel; we reserved a room with a balcony in Seaview however, there was no sea view, but the basketball court

Nice , clean modern quiet hotel with nice staff.

Clean and modern, staff helpful and friendly.

Pity the restaurant and bar are not open in the evening- close at 15:00. There is an excellent restaurant not far away - turn left on exiting the Hotel and walk along the marina it’s maybe 3/4 km from the hotel. Can’t remember the name but there is only one.

Worth visiting, great service and awesome room quality

The sea view was awesome, the morning breakfast was tasty, and the service was great. There was a clean and nice beach within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, Prva Voda. There were no Russians there, recommended to visit. The room was spotless, and the hosts even agreed to provide us with a bathroom after checking out.

On the night from Saturday to Sunday, there was an organized, paid private party hosted at the hotel. It lasted until 2 AM, and it was very loud; the hosts could not do anything to make them quiet. The fire alarm sensor in the room had a constant blinking LED that was flashing every 10 seconds, illuminating the whole room when the lights were turned off at night. Similar issue with a TV set, light, and air conditioning.

Modern Hotel

Modern spacious rooms with large windows and good sound isolation. Breakfast was good and varied. There is a beach within walking distance (Voda). I'd recommend this hotel.

The hotel can be challenging to find because it's not on Google Maps or Waze. Our driver left us nearby at night and we had to find our way into the entrance. It's not central but location works fine. Most of the staff are students, and while most of them do an excellent job, they provided conflicting / confusing information to our questions.

A warm, spotless, and student-powered stay — we’ll be back!

We were very positively surprised by our stay – what a gem! This hotel concept is the first of its kind in Croatia, and we’re so glad we booked it. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Božo at the reception gave us a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful in planning our itinerary in Split – his local tips made a real difference. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and very well maintained thanks to Damira and her hardworking housekeeping team. Every detail was taken care of. Breakfast, which was included in our stay, was absolutely top-notch. Doris, along with the wonderful students working at the hotel, ensured we were always well looked after. Their kindness, smiles, and professionalism made our mornings a real treat. The location was amazing, close to the Marjan forrest where you can go hiking, cycling, swimming and climbing. In the hotel, you can rent mountain bikes to foster Marjan park. We love the concept of supporting a student-learning hotel, and it truly shows how much heart and effort the team puts into every guest’s experience. Everyone was welcoming and full of genuine hospitality. Hvala, Akademis Fit Split team – we’ll definitely be back soon! Greetings from Buket & Aykut.

Incredible and luxurious rooms, but even better staff.

Excellent stay! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the staff were all truly incredible. They made an effort to learn my name - from the hotel manager to the receptionists - which really made the stay there feel so personalized. They even went out of their way to let me play basketball in the indoor gym owned by a school! I couldn’t recommend this enough, definitely my favourite hotel stay by far.

Modern hotel with good access to Marjan

A recently built/renovated hotel with lovely facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room overlooked the sea and I saw a beautiful sunset from the balcony. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is very new and was quite hard to find (there were no signs on the outside of the building and it did not appear on Google maps). The location is excellent for sea access and Marjan park, but is around a 30 minute walk from the Old Town.

Doručak je bio obilat, preukusan, ne trebate ništa nego samo sjesti, mogu se naručiti jaja na bilo koji način te se dobije kava po želji, dva prirodno cijeđena soka, voće, kruh i razne marmelade, kao i razne salame i sirevi

Oskudan dorucak, nacin usluzivanja je preko konobara, ocekivala sam svedski dorucak. Bilo je uredno, ali minimalisticki. Objekat nema lobi bar, grijanje je bilo pretoplo, tv nije mogao da se poveze sa telefonom, a bilo nam je vazno gledati utakmicu, znaci ne prilahođen i tehnicki ne dovoljno prilagodljiva ponuda hotela

Izvrstan boravak

Uredno, veoma čisto, udoban krevet, mir i tišina okolo. Djelatnici su izuzetno stručni i ljubazni, a pogotovo gospođa Margita koja je čista pozitiva, a profesionalnost joj je zaista na nivou. Učenici koji tamo rade su pristojni i marljivi. Ideja kako naučiti djecu raditi u struci je zaista pohvalna. Mi se svakako opet vraćamo.

Naš boravak je protekao bez iti jedne zamjerke.

Cjelokupno osoblje hotel je iznimno ljubazno i informativno. Naša kategorija sobe -- dvokrevetna bračni krevet pogled more je bila vrlo prostrana, izuzetno čista s ugodnim dodatcima usluge (kafe aparat sa kapsulama, boca vode, bade-mantili, papuće...). Kupatilo sa tuš kabinom je također prostrano, sa vrlo dobrom rasvjetom, izvrstan pritisak vode u tušu). Pogled sa balkona na Lučicu je predivan. Dodatno nam se iznimno svidjelo što hotel djeluje u sklopu turističko-ugostiteljske škole, te u hotelu rade školarci u sklopu svoje prakse...iako je naš boravak bio tijekom vikenda, kada školarci ne rade, koncept te suradnje/obrazovanja nam je bio predivan i za svaku pohvalu.

Habitación de dos ambientes muy grande y cómoda. Desayuno servido en la mesa muy completo. Parking

Para una habitación de ese tamaño, no se entiende como pueden haber hecho un baño tan chico (papel higiénico en un soporte móvil porque no hay lugar donde colocarlo fijo. Espacio de inodoro entre ipared y vanitory de 50cm!!. Me resultó muy raro lo siguiente: El balcón tiene un cerramiento corredizo muy grueso y pesado que jamas vi en un hotel. Parece un refugio. Puerta blindada en la habitación con cerrojos especiales...en un país que se considera el más seguro de Europa?

Optimale Ausgangslage am Meer um die Altstadt von Split zu besuchen und zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war top und hat alle Wünsche überaus erfüllt. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel, Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Yachthafen.

Nettes Personal, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhige Lage und tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen, sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Frühstücksraum. Kurzer Weg in die Altstadt, ca. 1,5 km d.h. 15 Minuten Fußweg. Deutsche TV-Sender ausreichend vorhanden. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt davor.

Es ist keine frei stehende Hantelbank im Fitnessraum für Sportfanatiker. Sonst alles top.

Séjour très agréable

L’hôtel est une construction récente, bien équipée et bien insonorisée . L’accueil des étudiants est agréable . Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon . Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées . Un plus avec un grand parking gratuit. La localisation est top pour visiter la vieille ville , on est également proche du parc et des plages. Je recommande.

Sehr bemühtes und freundliches Personal, Zimmer sehr modern, chic und komfortabel, das Frühstück köstlich mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf den Hafen, vieles mit Liebe zum Detail!

Die Lage könnte zentraler sein, jedoch war es dafür ruhig und weg vom Innenstadt-Trubel, aber sonst kann nichts bemängelt werden.

Très sympathique !

Hôtel tout neuf à proximité de la mer et du parc de Marjan. Chambre bien équipée et confortable avec un balcon. Restaurant d'application à prix compétitif. Petit déjeuner solide et moins "répétitif" qu'il en a l'air : le personnel s'adapte à nos goûts. Plein de petites attentions sympathiques [merci !]. L'établissement est à 20 min à pied du centre-ville. C'est finalement tout près.

En cherchant la petite bête, on se dit que l'architecte aurait pu concevoir différemment le balcon pour améliorer la luminosité de la chambre. Mais ce n'est vraiment pas un problème, d'autant plus que la chambre est bien éclairée.
