Perfect location in a very safe neighborhood with restaurants all within a good walking distance and there was street parking to park if you have a car. Neighbours were not distracting at all and the place was clean, modern and well maintained. Laundry machine was a nice benefit. Short commute to the center of Athens. Highly recommend this place and the host was very responsive, always checking in and answering my questions promptly.

The location is very good for the value, because you are not in front of the beach but you can go for within 15 min walk. The surrounds are very quite and very green and beautiful, but also very close to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. We went with my cat because I'm moving from Argentina, and it was a stopover before moving to the island. That's why I wanted to find a place with greenery and peace and quiet, where he could go for walks without the stress of cars and people, and it was truly perfect. Both the property and the neighborhood were ideal. We stayed four nights, and I was able to take him out on a leash, very happily, just being careful of other cats, although Greece is full of cats everywhere. I was also very happy with the balcony, both for us to enjoy and because he would stand there looking out. We could also wander around the grounds of the building and go out onto the street, which isn't very busy. About the apartment, was very nice, and has everything you need. When we arrived, they left water and some drinks in the refrigerator, and even a small bottle of wine! I really appreciated that! We were also grateful to have good curtains for sleeping, because my partner is very sensitive to light (and noise), and he was able to sleep very well. The bathroom and the entire studio apartment are also very spacious, since I had 2 suitcases plus my cat and his things, and my partner's things, I needed to have space to be able to open my things calmly.

Now after a few days, i just remember all the good things, and i can´t remember if something was missing or could be better. So, Everything was excellent.
