We had 11 guest all women and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a few minute walk to the beach. plenty of room to park three cars easily. Could have probably got 4 cars with one in the garage. Very clean and host was excellent with clear instructions. If booking through booking.com, reach out to host a couple days before arrival to ensure they have your email on file. If those in your party have trouble with stairs make sure the elevator works. It's three flights of stairs to get to the main living area in the home. We saw elevator in house but couldn't access it due to locked door. This was no issue for our party as no one was unable to use stairs. Overall, very satisfied and would stay again.
