Lage, neues Bad, Küche war sauber, Geschirr, Besteck allerdings nicht- musste zunächst gespült werden.

Das Haus war nicht sauber, der Boden sehr dreckig, Spinnen in den Ecken, unsaubere Ecken. Eingangsbereich sehr heruntergekommen. Im Bad stank es fürchterlich modrig.
