Los desperfectos del apartamento y que dejara el personal de mantenimiento las llaves en la caja de seguridad de acceso a la vivienda con la combinación correcta. Solo había que abrir la tapa y ya tenían acceso a la vivienda. No obstante, decir que el personal fue rápido arreglando los desperfectos, muy muy amables y todo estuvo genial. Repetiría sin duda.

Ubicado en una zona inmejorable, ofrece intimidad ya que el acceso es particular, buenas vistas a la playa de Arenal d'en Castell, muy completo, no hemos echado nada en falta, lo necesario para pasar una vacaciones impresionantes, zona muy tranquila, la piscina perfecta, poco concurrida, repetiríamos.

Just a few minutes walk down steps to get to the beach. View of the sea from balcony, but only when standing as some plastic mesh obscured it otherwise. Not sure what the purpose of it was very in mind it only covered some of the balcony so clearly wasn’t purposeful for safety!

There are several points about this apartment which were disappointing, and it looks a lot better on the photos and then in real life. The fridge was clearly past its best - the seal was not great and consequently we had to throw out food because we were concerned that it hadn’t been chilled properly. The dishwasher didn’t work at all whilst we were there. Even though somebody came out to look at it and measure up in a week, they failed to bother to get a new one which was really annoying. I would’ve brought washing up gloves if I’d known because it completely wrecked my nails. Generally, the apartment needs some maintenance for example the tap in the bathroom just spurts water everywhere and the toilet seat won’t stay up which annoyed my husband a lot! There’s also Aircon in the living room only so I imagine the bedroom get uncomfortably hot during the summer months. We cleaned the windows ourselves to see out, they were smeary. A final point which we found detrimental to our stay. There is an all inclusive huge hotel nearby and the music starts every night for several hours for their show disco or whatever is going on. It is unbelievably loud! We weren’t able to play music loud enough to drown it otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to speak to each other on the balcony - it really is incredibly intrusive.
